For current Valo customers, the end-of-life means that the Valo Intranet and Valo Connect services will no longer receive support after July 31, 2025. This includes:

  • No new features or enhancements
  • No updates to fix bugs or security issues
  • No technical support

Essentially, the services will remain in their current state with no further development work done. Customers will need to migrate to alternative solutions to continue receiving support and a modern internal communication platform.
