This case involves a Swedish trading company that specializes in supply chain solutions for C-parts. Founded in 1977, the company has grown through more than 50 acquisitions and now operates globally with a workforce of 1500 to 2000 employees (70% white-collar and 30% blue-collar staff).

The company previously relied on Delve for user profiles, which has now been retired. Since Delve was static and lacked customization, we replaced it with Involv User Profile page, offering greater flexibility and personalization.
