Content management improvements

Get ready to take control of your content like never before! We’ve added a shiny new area to the content admin panel that gives you an overview of all your content, no matter the type or location.

You’ll be able to see the title, author, status, creation and publishing date, site location and content type for each item at a glance.

Want to make a copy, delete an item or send a notification? Just select the item and you’re good to go!

Need to find something specific? Use the search bar at the top right to search across titles, or use the filtering options to narrow down your content by creation time, content type, author, and site.

And with the pivots, you can quickly focus only on the content you created, drafts or published content.

New user interface for content admin panel

The user interface of the content admin panel has been completely revamped to give you a modern and minimalist look that’s super easy to use.

Managing your intranet sites will be a breeze with loads of visual enhancements and new interface elements, such as toggle buttons and icons.

Adding, deleting, and editing items in the content admin panel is faster than ever.

The improved analytics center

It’s time for a big upgrade to our analytics center! We’ve been working hard to give you an even more visual and easy-to-understand experience.

With this release, you’ll be able to dive deeper into your intranet data and see what’s really happening on your site.

The dashboard has been revamped, site analytics and content analytics have been improved – allowing you to see immediately which areas are performing well and where there is room for improvement.

  • Search analytics which will show you the most-searched terms, total searches, and even unsuccessful searches.

  • Reports for mandatory reads, incidents, and reported comments.

We’ve also brought notification analytics into this central location, so all your data is in one place.

The new subscription center
